SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery estimates:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Yoka Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Returns and Exchanges:    

- We accept returns within 2 days of the delivery date.    

- Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.    

- To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer support team.    

- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned items.

-Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.

6.Damaged or Defective Items:    

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.    

- Provide photos of the damaged or defective item for our records.    

- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

7.Cancellations:    

- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.    

- Contact our customer support team to request a cancellation.

8.Promotions and Discounts:    

- Promotional offers and discounts may be subject to specific terms and conditions.    - Only one discount code can be used per order.
